LoCastro at is having meetings for condominiums that are having trouble in Sunny Isles with foreclosures, etc. I think we need something like this for Normandy Isles. What do you think?
Thank you for including me on your e-mails.

Yes, this is a great idea. In fact, the City of Miami Beach has continued its seminar series, educating those that are involved in their condos on a series of issues that condos deal with every day. In addition, Commissioner Jerry Libbin has been advocating and organizing support for condo reform legislation in Florida. As a property manager of 30 buildings in the North Beach area, it’s clear that they can use some assistance. As a property manager I do welcome providing any condo in Normandy Isle with pro-bono assistance in reviewing their current financial condition and providing advise on how to deal with them. Feel free to come by my office at 1181 71st St at any time. I will also look to see if we can schedule some of those condo workshops here in North Beach.
